Title: Klaviyo Email Template Designer — Private Members Club Newsletter Overhaul Overview I'm the General Manager of Bermuda Club, a private members-only coworking, wellness, and golf club in Carlsbad, CA expanding to multiple locations in 2026. I send a weekly member newsletter through Klaviyo and need a talented designer to completely overhaul our current template and build out a plug-and-play system I can manage myself going forward. This is not a content job — I write all the copy myself. This is purely a design and template build project. What I Need A full Klaviyo template overhaul and a library of reusable modular templates I can mix and match each week depending on what's going on at the club. I need someone who can build clean, mobile-optimized, on-brand templates directly in Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor that I can update without touching code. Specific templates needed: Member Newsletter Templates: Weekly Newsletter — Standard — Opener, event blurbs with image placeholders, announcements section, member spotlight section, closer, Easter egg fun fact at the bottom. Clean and readable. High Energy Event Push — Bold, punchy, single or double event focus. Built for moments like a concert, watch party, or comedy night where one thing needs to dominate the layout. Announcement / Policy Update — Clean, minimal, professional. For suite updates, club policy changes, expansion news, or operational notices. Member Spotlight — Designed around a photo, short bio, and a few quick facts. Should feel personal and editorial, not corporate. Promotional / New Perk — Built for launching new offerings, partner perks, or membership pushes. Should feel exciting without feeling like a sales email. Database / Prospect Email Templates: Membership Outreach — Standard — Clean, warm, and personal. Built for reaching out to cold and warm leads in our prospect database. Should feel like it came from a person, not a marketing department. Minimal design, maximum readability. Expansion / Big News Announcement — For moments like new location announcements, major club updates, or significant new offerings. Slightly bolder layout with a clear CTA. Built to drive action — book a tour, inquire about membership, reply directly. Event Invitation to Non-Members — For inviting prospects and database contacts to open or public-facing club events. Warm, inviting, and community-forward. Should make a non-member feel like they're getting an inside look at something worth being part of. Brand Feel Bermuda Club sits at the intersection of coworking, wellness, and golf. The brand is premium but approachable — confident without being corporate. Think private club meets laid back San Diego energy. Colors: Navy, white, gold accents Typography: Clean, modern, slightly elevated Tone of the content: Conversational, community-first, written by the GM personally Our current newsletter is functional but looks like a default Klaviyo template. We want it to look like it belongs to a premium private club while still being warm and readable. Requirements Klaviyo experience required — must be able to build directly in the platform Mobile-first design — majority of our members read on their phones Modular and reusable — I need to be able to swap images, text, and sections without a designer each week Clean image placeholder blocks that I can drop Canva-designed graphics into easily Consistent header and footer across all templates with Bermuda Club branding Must be able to work with AI-generated imagery and Canva assets Database templates must feel personal and not like mass marketing emails Deliverables 8 fully built Klaviyo templates as described above A simple one-page guide on how to use and update each template One round of revisions included About You Strong Klaviyo template portfolio required Experience with hospitality, lifestyle, or membership brands a plus Fast communicator — I move quickly and need someone who can keep up Please include examples of Klaviyo templates you've built, not just general email design work Bonus points if you have experience designing for both member communications and prospect/database outreach Budget: Open to proposals — please include your rate and estimated timeline Timeline: Looking to move fast — ideally completed within 2–3 weeks
