Live Stream Producer / vMix Operator

Job description CrazyLive (开心直播) produces a recurring Chinese-language financial-education livestream and we need a reliable producer to run the show live so our host can focus on presenting. What you'll do during each broadcast: Operate vMix or OBS live — switch cameras/sources, trigger the intro, lower-thirds, transitions, and the scrolling market ticker on cue Bring our Zoom guest feed into the production and frame it cleanly Push the stream out to YouTube/Facebook Live and start/stop recording Follow a simple run-of-show sheet we provide Schedule: Recurring [weekly, ~3 hours per show; current class slot is Wednesday 4–7 PM Pacific Time] Additional one-off event broadcasts during campaigns (e.g. our World Cup series), with notice You must be available and reliable during U.S. Pacific Time evening hours. Requirements: Hands-on proficiency with vMix (preferred) or OBS Studio Calm and dependable on a live broadcast — no dead air, quick recovery if something drops Stable internet and a capable machine You do not need to speak Chinese — but you must be comfortable operating a show with Chinese on-screen text and following an English run-of-show To apply, please include: Your experience operating live multi-source streams (links if possible) Whether you use vMix or OBS, and your comfort level with lower-thirds/tickers Your rate — per show (≈3 hrs) and/or hourly Your time-zone and typical Pacific-Time availability Screening question: A guest's Zoom video freezes 10 minutes into a live broadcast — walk me through what you do in the first 30 seconds.
