Talent Researcher/ Candidate Sourcer

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Researcher / Candidate Sourcer to support recruitment projects within the Accounting and Professional Services sector across Australia. Key Responsibilities • Identifying target accounting firms and talent pools • Conducting candidate market mapping and research • Sourcing suitable passive and active candidates • Building candidate lists with contact details and LinkedIn profiles • Supporting LinkedIn and database searches • Maintaining accurate candidate records • Providing regular progress updates Ideal Experience • Previous experience in candidate sourcing, talent research, or recruitment support • Experience sourcing Accounting, Tax, Business Advisory, Audit, or Professional Services professionals is highly desirable • Strong LinkedIn and Boolean search skills • Experience working with the Australian market • High attention to detail and ability to work independently Project Scope • Initial project: 10–20 hours Potential for ongoing work on future recruitment assignments
