Full-Time Photo Editor Needed (Construction, Real Estate & Drone Photography) About Us We are a fast-growing marketing agency specialising in construction and real estate marketing across Australia. We work with builders, developers, construction companies, and real estate professionals to create high-quality visual content that helps our clients win more work and showcase their projects. We're looking for a full-time Photo Editor to join our team and become an integral part of our post-production workflow. What You'll Be Doing Editing high volumes of construction, real estate, action/jobsite, and drone photography Color correction and exposure balancing Sky replacements and image enhancements HDR blending and bracketed image processing Object removal and image cleanup Perspective correction and straightening Editing aerial and drone imagery Enhancing construction progress photos and completed project showcases Preparing images for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and print Maintaining consistent editing standards across projects Delivering edited photos within agreed turnaround times Requirements Proven experience editing real estate, architectural, construction, action/jobsite, and drone photography Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Strong understanding of editing techniques for both ground-level and aerial imagery Ability to enhance construction progress photos, completed project showcases, active jobsite/action photography, and drone-captured images while maintaining a natural, professional look Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and image retouching Ability to follow editing guidelines and maintain consistency Fast internet connection and reliable computer setup Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work full-time and meet deadlines consistently Bonus Points Experience working with construction companies, builders, or developers Experience editing drone photography and videography content Knowledge of real estate marketing standards Experience working with Australian clients Experience creating image presets and editing workflows Position Details Full-Time Position Long-Term Opportunity Consistent Weekly Workload Remote Position Opportunity to grow with our agency and take ownership of the editing process To Apply Please include: A brief introduction about yourself Your experience with real estate, architectural, construction, action/jobsite, and drone photo editing Examples of your work (before-and-after samples preferred) Your editing software and workflow Your availability and timezone Your expected monthly salary/rate We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, can work efficiently at scale, and wants to become a long-term member of our team.
