Backend Developer (Full-Time) – 4–5 Years Hands-On Experience + AI-Assisted Development Experience

We are looking for a **full-time Backend Developer** with strong hands-on experience in backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate should have **4–5 years of practical backend development experience** and be comfortable using **AI tools to improve productivity, debugging, automation, and solution delivery**. ### 🔹 Key Requirements: * 4–5 years of hands-on backend development experience * Strong understanding of backend architecture and API-driven systems * Experience managing and working with **AWS EC2 environments** * Ability to create and maintain **automation scripts (Python preferred)** * Experience with **Firebase Database and other simple database solutions** * Strong skills in **API integration and troubleshooting** * Ability to quickly find alternative technical solutions when required APIs are unavailable * Experience using **AI-assisted development tools** for: * Faster coding and debugging * Code optimization * Problem analysis * Automation and productivity improvement * Ability to implement **data monitoring, validation checks, and alarm/notification triggers** ### 🔹 Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services * Manage backend deployments and infrastructure on EC2 * Build automation scripts to reduce manual efforts * Integrate third-party APIs and handle API failures gracefully * Design and maintain database structures * Implement monitoring mechanisms and trigger alerts based on business/data conditions * Use AI tools effectively to accelerate development and solve technical challenges * Research and implement quick solutions when standard approaches are not available ### 🔹 Ideal Candidate: * A proactive problem solver who can find practical solutions quickly * Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong debugging and analytical skills * Understands modern development practices and AI-enabled engineering workflows * Good communication skills and ownership mindset * Available for full-time engagement If you are a backend developer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with AI-assisted productivity and can deliver fast, reliable solutions, we would like to hear from you.
