Build a web application that helps R&D and management optimize menu performance, reduce costs, reduce waste, and improve decision-making through analytics, recommendations, and scenario simulation. The system will manage products, ingredients, sub-recipes, packaging, suppliers, sales, production, and waste data. The platform should provide actionable recommendations such as: - Stop products in specific branches - Stop products during specific hours - Replace ingredients or suppliers - Reduce waste and operational complexity - Optimize profitability The platform should also include a Sandbox module to simulate business decisions and estimate their financial and operational impact before implementation.
