We’re looking for a full time Marketing Operations & Project Manager to help drive the day- to-day delivery of our marketing and sales activity. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, confident with marketing systems and genuinely excited by campaigns, content, leads and getting things launched. You’ll take ideas and plans and turn them into clear actions, timelines and workflows, making sure activity keeps moving and is delivered to a high standard. About the Role You’ll sit at the centre of our marketing and sales activity, helping to coordinate campaigns, content, email marketing, website updates, lead follow-up processes and day-to-day sales admin. This role needs someone with a good marketing brain. You do not need to be a senior strategist, but you should understand core marketing concepts such as lead magnets, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, content calendars, audience segments and sales funnels. You’ll also need to be comfortable with technology. You’ll be working across tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Asana and social/content platforms, so we’re looking for someone who is confident learning systems, solving problems and figuring things out when a process or platform is new. Over time, there is scope for this role to develop into broader campaign ownership, supporting planning, delivery and performance improvements across marketing Activity. Key Responsibilities - Manage marketing and sales projects, tasks, timelines and follow-ups - Turn campaign ideas into practical plans, actions and workflows - Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters and sales campaign activity - Support the creation and delivery of landing pages, lead magnets and campaign assets - Manage the sales inbox, triage enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups - Keep HubSpot or CRM records, notes, tasks and pipeline/admin tracking up to date - Coordinate content production across written content, video, website and social channels - Maintain content calendars, SOPs, checklists and project workflows - Liaise with freelancers, suppliers and internal team members to keep work moving - Coordinate website updates and fixes, working with developers or designers where needed - QA emails, campaigns, pages and content for links, formatting, tone, tracking and brand consistency - Provide light reporting on campaign activity, sales admin, follow-ups and outcomes What You’ll Bring - Experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, marketing project management, content coordination or sales and marketing administration - A strong understanding of day-to-day marketing activity and how campaigns move from idea to delivery - Confidence working with marketing tools, CRMs, email platforms, CMS platforms and project management systems - Good knowledge of marketing concepts such as landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, newsletters and lead follow-up - Strong organisation and project management skills - The ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing detail - Confidence coordinating people, chasing actions and keeping deadlines on track - Strong written communication skills - A practical, proactive approach and the ability to work things out independently - A genuine interest in marketing, campaigns, content, leads and improving how things get done Tools - Experience with the following would be valuable: - HubSpot or another CRM - Mailchimp or another email marketing platform - Asana, Trello, ClickUp or similar - WordPress or another CMS - YouTube, LinkedIn or other content/social platforms - Landing page tools, website builders or campaign tools - Spreadsheets or simple reporting dashboards The Type of Person Who Will Thrive You’ll be organised, positive, hands-on and comfortable working at pace. You’ll enjoy bringing structure to busy projects, getting stuck into different tools, keeping people on track and making sure marketing activity is actually delivered. You’ll be the kind of person who spots what needs doing, asks good questions, proposes a plan and follows through.
