Senior Corporate Brand Guidelines & Presentation/Report Template Designer Needed

Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced corporate brand designer to help us refine and complete a professional brand guideline system for an investment and development company based in Oman/GCC. The client has an existing logo, which must not be redesigned. The task is to build a strong, premium, corporate visual system around the existing logo and apply it consistently across brand guidelines, presentation templates, and report templates. This project requires someone with real experience in corporate, investment, finance, real estate, government, or GCC-style brand communication. We are not looking for a general social media designer or someone who only creates decorative layouts. Project Scope: The selected designer will help us develop a refined corporate visual direction and apply it across the following: Brand Guideline System Logo usage rules Color system with clear primary and secondary color usage Typography system for English and Arabic Layout/grid rules Image style direction Icon/data visualization style Visual elements or subtle patterns derived from the existing logo Do/don’t examples Usage rules for presentations and reports Corporate Presentation Template Editable PowerPoint template Cover slide Agenda slide Section divider Executive summary slide Text-heavy content slide Data/chart slide KPI slide Table slide Closing slide Arabic/English or bilingual layout consideration Corporate Report Template Editable report template, preferably in Word and/or InDesign depending on best practice Report cover Table of contents Executive summary page Standard content page Chart/data page Table page Appendix page Header/footer/page number system Design Direction Required: The visual direction should feel: Premium Corporate Formal Investment-focused GCC/Oman appropriate Elegant and structured Suitable for executives, investors, and decision-makers Clean, practical, and easy for the client’s internal team to edit The system should avoid looking like a social media design, startup pitch deck, or generic Canva template. It should feel like a mature corporate identity system for an investment/development company. Important Notes: The logo is already provided and should not be changed. The designer must be able to work from an existing logo and build a complete visual system around it. The color palette needs to be controlled and functional, not just decorative. Secondary colors should support data, charts, and highlights without overpowering the main brand identity. The final templates must be practical and editable by a corporate team. Arabic typography and bilingual layout experience is highly preferred. Attention to detail is critical. Spelling, spacing, alignment, file naming, and consistency must be professionally handled. Ideal Candidate: A senior designer or small studio with strong corporate design experience, excellent layout discipline, understanding of executive communication, and the ability to create a practical brand system that can be used by a client’s internal team. Deliverables: Final deliverables should include editable source files, exported PDF previews, organized assets, and a simple usage guide.
