Summary

What we need:** - A CRO-led review of our funnel (landing → product page → cart → checkout) through the lens of buyer psychology, not just visual polish - Identification of friction points: where buyers hesitate, drop off, or lose trust - Messaging and layout recommendations grounded in why a worried adult child or a cautious senior would say yes or no at each step - Structured A/B testing with a clear hypothesis behind every change — not redesign by instinct - Trust-building elements appropriate to a medical/safety product (proof, credibility, risk reversal) without resorting to manipulative urgency or fear tactics - Mobile experience that holds up for both personas, including older or less tech-confident users - Implementation within our existing Dawn theme — native theme tools and well-supported apps, not custom-coded rebuilds **How we want to work:** - Every change comes with a "why" rooted in buyer psychology or test data, not opinion - Keep the build simple — Dawn theme native features and proven apps over custom code - Regular reporting on what was tested, what won, what lost, and what we learned about our buyers along the way **Requirements:** - Proven CRO experience with real before/after conversion data — not just visual redesign examples - Strong grasp of consumer psychology and persuasion principles as applied to e-commerce (trust signals, risk reversal, loss aversion, social proof, decision fatigue) - Hands-on experience with Shopify's Dawn theme - Comfortable explaining the psychological reasoning behind a recommended change, not just the visual change itself - Australian business hours overlap for at least part of the week (AEST)
