3D Animation for Oil and Gas Industry

Industrial 3D Animation (60 Seconds) We are seeking a 3D artist or animation studio to create a 60-second marketing animation for an industrial engineering and manufacturing project. The animation will demonstrate how individual equipment components become part of a fully integrated, field-deployed operational system. The visual story will begin with a small instrument or process component, transition into a complete engineered enclosure, and ultimately expand into a larger field installation operating within a real-world environment. The objective is to communicate: • Modular engineering • Turnkey deployment • System integration • Reduced field complexity • Reliability and operational readiness Assets Provided: • STEP/CAD files for primary equipment • Most required 3D models and engineering assets • Script • Branding references • Basic storyboard direction Scope of Work: • Import and optimize engineering models • Create materials, lighting, and environments • Animate equipment assembly and transitions • Create camera paths and cinematic movement • Basic motion graphics and titles • Render and deliver final video Deliverables: • One approximately 60-second animation • 4K final render • Source project files Requirements: To confirm you read this posting, begin your proposal with the words: INDUSTRIAL ANIMATION. • Fluent English communication is required • Daily project check-ins are required • You must be available during at least 50% of the U.S. Central Time business day • Direct communication with the artist(s) performing the work is required • Experience working with CAD/STEP files is strongly preferred Application Requirements: • Provide portfolio examples as clickable LINKS only • Do not send downloadable files, ZIP files, Google Drive folders, or attachments • Applications without relevant portfolio links will not be considered • Include your software pipeline • Include estimated timeline • Include estimated project budget Preferred Experience: • Industrial visualization • Engineering or manufacturing animation • Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure, Process Equipment, Instrumentation, or Environmental Monitoring industries Most models and engineering assets already exist.
