Amazon Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant & Store Management Assistant (Long-Term) **Please read the entire job post before applying.** I am looking for a long-term Amazon Virtual Assistant who can help with both product sourcing and day-to-day store management. This is not a product sourcing-only position. I am looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and help manage the store without needing constant reminders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, communicates clearly, identifies issues before I have to ask. Responsibilities Product Sourcing * Find profitable Online Arbitrage products for Amazon US * Analyze products using Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, and similar tools * Focus on Grocery, Health, Household, Automotive, Pet, Home, and other replenishable categories * Avoid high-risk, IP-sensitive, and restricted products * Research suppliers and invoice-supported opportunities when applicable ### Store Management * Monitor inventory levels * Identify products that need to be restocked * Monitor pricing and Buy Box changes * Monitor account health and notify me of any issues * Track stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and listing problems * Help identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability * Maintain organized spreadsheets and reports ### Communication & Expectations * Must be proactive * Must be able to work independently * Must communicate clearly * Must bring issues and opportunities to my attention without waiting to be asked * Must follow instructions and complete requested tasks promptly * Must be comfortable providing updates on completed work ## Product Requirements Products should generally meet: * Minimum 30% ROI preferred * Consistent demand * Stable pricing history * Low seller count when possible * Low IP risk * Safe and repeatable opportunities For ungating opportunities: * Supplier must provide a valid Amazon-acceptable invoice * Wholesale accounts are NOT required for every ungating opportunity * Retail sourcing is acceptable for products that are already ungated ##Compensation & Growth Opportunity *Starting pay: $140 per week *Approximately 15 hours per week *Do not exceed 15 hours without approval * Performance bonuses available * Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and consistency *This position begins as a paid trial period I understand this starting rate may be lower than some experienced Amazon VAs charge. However, I am looking for a long-term team member and there is room for growth. After the first 30–60 days, compensation will be reviewed based on: Independence Reliability Communication Quality of work Ability to proactively manage the store Contribution to business growth Performance bonuses will be available for exceptional work, profitable sourcing, and proactive store management.
