We're looking for a freelance web designer to join our team who's excited to work on exciting projects and grow with us. What you can expect: Diverse projects for exciting clients. A well-established remote team that celebrates results and values ​​personal responsibility. No micromanagement, no nonsense. You work from wherever you want, in your own time zone, as long as you deliver. What you should bring to the table: You live and breathe Figma. Auto Layout and Components are second nature to you, not just tutorial knowledge. You build clean style guides with variables and understand the principles of good design systems thinking. AI tools aren't a trend for you, but an integral part of your workflow. Whether for ideation, asset generation, or simply faster delivery: you know how to use AI to produce better results in less time. For us, this isn't a nice-to-have, it's a requirement. You have experience with websites, landing pages, and e-commerce, at least two years of web design experience, and are fluent in German and proficient in English at a B2 level or better. You're familiar with Slack and ClickUp or can learn them quickly. What we expect: Quality and speed. When we need something on short notice, you're available and deliver. We're an agile team, and sometimes things need to happen fast. You track your hours and bill by the hour.
