AI & WhatsApp Chatbot Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and deploy an intelligent AI-powered chat agent that integrates directly with WhatsApp Business. Primary Responsibilities AI Chatbot Development Design and develop an AI-powered conversational agent. Create natural language workflows for customer interactions. Train and optimize prompts for accurate responses. Build guardrails to ensure accurate and compliant responses. Develop escalation paths to transfer conversations to human staff when necessary. WhatsApp Business Integration Integrate the chatbot with WhatsApp Business API. Configure message templates and automated responses. Manage inbound and outbound messaging. Implement session management and conversation tracking. Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policies. Data Collection & Lead Qualification The chatbot should be capable of: Answering customer questions. Collecting customer contact information. Gathering application or intake information. Validating required fields. Following structured qualification workflows. Identifying high-quality leads. Routing qualified prospects to internal teams. Database Integration Design and maintain customer data storage. Create APIs for data transfer between WhatsApp and backend systems. Store conversation history and customer records.
