AI Automation Specialist — Lead classification & enrichment workflow in n8n

We're looking for an AI automation specialist to build a workflow that classifies and enriches sales leads automatically, removing hours of manual triage from our process. We process large batches of contacts exported from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, and need this turned into a clean, automated n8n pipeline. The workflow should: Ingest CSV exports (semicolon or comma-delimited) from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo Deduplicate contacts across multiple source files Use an LLM step to classify each contact by relevance against our ICP (e.g. YES / MAYBE / NO tiers, based on title, company, industry, and any other available fields) Extract and normalize key fields (name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, etc.) into a consistent schema Output a clean, filtered spreadsheet with relevance tiers, ready for outreach Nice to have: a Slack or email notification once a batch finishes processing, with a summary count per tier. We have real sample data (anonymized if needed) ready to test against. This is a good fit for someone with strong AI integration and automation experience — we're not looking for a no-code-only solution, we want someone who understands LLM prompt design well enough to get classification accuracy right, and who can document the workflow clearly so our non-technical team can re-run it on new exports independently.
