Claude Certified Consultants to Build Our AI Practice (Hourly, Long-Term)

About us Soho Square Solutions is a staffing and consulting firm focused on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. We are building a dedicated Claude (Anthropic) AI practice and working toward membership in the Claude Partner Network. We are hiring a cohort of Claude-certified consultants to deliver client work and anchor that practice. The role We have multiple ongoing, hourly openings for Claude-certified consultants. You will design and ship production-grade Claude solutions, support enterprise AI implementations, and help us build reusable delivery assets. This is a long-term relationship, not a one-off project. What you will do Design and build production Claude applications: agentic workflows, retrieval, tool use, and orchestration Integrate Claude through the Anthropic API, Claude Code, and MCP Support enterprise AI implementations, ideally in BFSI contexts Document architecture and delivery methodology Contribute accelerators and reusable assets to our Claude practice Required An active Claude Certified Architect (CCA) credential, OR a strong Claude and AI engineering background with readiness to earn the CCA within 30 days. We cover the exam fee, and the Anthropic Academy courses are free. Hands-on experience building LLM or generative-AI applications in production Comfortable with the Anthropic API, prompt and context engineering, and agentic design Clear written English and reliable, responsive communication Strong plus BFSI domain experience: Risk, Financial Crimes, Audit, Data, Regulatory Reporting Enterprise security, data residency, and model governance exposure Client-facing consulting or delivery experience Engagement Hourly, ongoing, long-term Remote, with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time Open to being named as a Soho-affiliated certified consultant, with your CCA held in your own name and kept active State whether you currently hold an active CCA. If yes, give your certification date. If not, confirm you can certify within 30 days. Link one production Claude or LLM project you built, and describe your specific role on it.
