Plumbing Dispatcher/CSR in Syracuse

Job Description: We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing plumbing company in the Greater Syracuse, NY area looking for a reliable, sharp Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity operating strictly on Eastern Time. We are open to fully remote candidates, as well as in-office setups for local Syracuse applicants. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Location: Remote (US-Based) or In-Office (Syracuse, NY) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Calling: Confidently manage high-volume customer service requests, book incoming jobs, and follow up with clients. Smart Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate, schedule, and dispatch technicians to ensure smooth, optimized daily operations. Technician Support: Act as the central hub of communication between field technicians and homeowners. Data Management: Seamlessly log all client interactions, updates, and scheduling changes directly into ServiceTitan. Required Experience: ServiceTitan, Plumbing, Over the Phone Customer Service Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows inside the ServiceTitan platform is essential. Excellent Phone Clarity: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, easy-to-understand phone presence. Patient Communication: Ability to speak slowly, clearly, and patiently to assist customers who may have difficulty hearing or processing fast-paced speech. Industry Background: Prior customer service or dispatching experience within the residential and commercial home services trade (plumbing preferred).
