Video Editor & Short-Form Content Creator – Facebook Ads, Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts

We're a growing health and wellness e-commerce brand looking for a talented video editor who lives and breathes short-form content. We need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling — and more importantly, what makes them click "Buy Now." You'll be editing and creating high-converting video ads for Facebook and Instagram, as well as content repurposed across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If you know your hooks, pacing, captions, and trending audio — we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Edit raw footage and UGC-style clips into polished, conversion-focused video ads Create short-form content (15–60 seconds) optimized for Facebook Ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Add engaging captions/subtitles using accurate, well-timed text overlays Incorporate strong hooks, transitions, and pacing that hold viewer attention Stay current with social media trends, viral formats, and platform-specific best practices Deliver multiple video variations for A/B testing when required Follow brand guidelines for tone, style, and aesthetic Requirements Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media Strong portfolio featuring Facebook ad creatives, TikTok videos, Reels, or YouTube Shorts Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Solid understanding of direct-response advertising principles — hooks, CTAs, emotional triggers Ability to add clean, styled captions/subtitles natively or via tools like Captions.ai or CapCut Fast turnaround times with strong attention to detail Experience with Facebook Ads or performance marketing video content is a strong plus Knowledge of health, wellness, or beauty niches is a bonus How to Apply To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: A brief introduction — tell us who you are and what makes your editing style stand out Portfolio samples — links to Facebook ad videos, TikTok content, Reels, or Shorts you've edited (the more relevant, the better) Your typical turnaround time for a 30–60 second edited video Your rate — hourly or per-video project pricing Applications without portfolio samples will not be considered.
