Laylent is a UK-based web design agency helping local businesses establish and improve their online presence. We’re looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter / Sales Closer to join our growing team. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound conversations with potential clients * Qualify leads and book discovery calls * Conduct sales calls and close suitable prospects * Update our CRM and keep records organised * Follow up with leads professionally and consistently Requirements: * Excellent written and spoken English * Confident communicating with business owners * Sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred * Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently * Comfortable using a CRM Position Details: * Remote position * Hourly pay plus performance-based commission * Training and scripts provided * Long-term opportunity with room for growth within Laylent We’re looking for someone friendly, professional, and driven to help local businesses succeed while growing alongside our company.
