Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team and help with daily online store operations. The main focus of this role is customer support and communication. We need someone who understands how to provide excellent customer experiences, solve problems, and communicate professionally with customers. You should be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve workflows, create better responses, research information, and work more efficiently. We are looking for someone who can think independently — not just copy and paste AI-generated answers. Main Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through email/messages Create professional and personalized customer replies Assist customers with order questions, tracking updates, product information, and general concerns Help manage e-commerce store operations Follow SOPs and improve existing processes Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to increase productivity Perform product research and administrative tasks when required Maintain accurate records and attention to detail Required Skills: Previous e-commerce experience (Shopify or similar platforms preferred) Strong written English communication skills Customer service experience Ability to understand customer situations and respond appropriately Experience using ChatGPT or willingness to use AI tools effectively Problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and willing to learn Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred): Basic video editing experience Canva knowledge CapCut experience Creating simple product videos/social media content Who We Are Looking For: Someone who is proactive, trustworthy, willing to learn, and wants to grow with an e-commerce business long term.
