VA / Skip Tracer for Permit-Based Construction Outreach

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong skip tracing experience to help research building permit leads and identify the right contacts for outreach. We have a list of permit record. The job will be to look up each permit, identify the best person/company connected to the project, find accurate contact information, and help send cold email outreach for our countertop & millwork business. Main Responsibilities For each permit lead, you will: Search the permit on the eTRAKiT portal Identify the best contact, such as the GC, contractor, project manager, estimator, owner, tenant, architect, or applicant Skip trace accurate contact information, especially business emails Add contact name, company, title, email, phone, website, source links, and notes to our CRM Send or draft personalized cold outreach emails using our template Track outreach status, replies, bounced emails, wrong contacts, and follow-ups Key Skill: Skip Tracing The main value we need is someone who can take limited permit information and figure out who the right person is to contact. You should be experienced with: Skip tracing companies and individuals Finding decision-makers from permit, address, company, or project data Google research and search operators LinkedIn research Finding and verifying email addresses Spreadsheet tracking Cold email outreach Experience with building permits, eTRAKiT, construction leads, contractors, real estate, or tools like Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, or Seamless is a plus. Outreach Focus We provide countertops, millwork, and casework for: Commercial finish-outs Tenant improvements Medical/dental offices Restaurants/cafes Offices and retail spaces Residential kitchen/bath remodels Additions and remodels The goal is to contact the right person while the project is still early enough for an estimate. Trial Task We will start with a small batch of 10 permit leads. For each lead, we expect you to find the best contact, email address, source links, and a short note explaining why that contact was selected.
