Remote Phone Representative: Warm Leads, Stable Hourly + Performance Bonus (Fluent English Required)

We are hiring strong phone communicators to help turn warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities. You’ll speak with people who have already requested information or help. Your job is to follow a structured call process, qualify prospects, identify key needs, build trust, and help the right people move forward. This is a phone-based sales and intake role, not a traditional call-center job. This is not cold calling. You’ll be speaking with warm leads who already requested information. Strict English & Communication Standards: Excellent conversational English is required. Requirements: -Near-fluent English is required -Must sound natural to a US-based audience -Strong pronunciation and excellent grammar -Ability to match tone, empathy, and pacing to the prospect -Stay conversational under pressure -Able to handle skeptical or frustrated callers -Strong listening and note-taking ability -Comfortable asking direct qualification questions -Able to follow a structured call script Candidates who sound natural and easy to understand for a US-based audience will be prioritized. A slight accent is completely fine, but English must be clear, conversational, and near-fluent. If not, this role will not be a good fit. We are hiring multiple candidates, training them, and keeping the strongest performers for ongoing work.
