Top Notch Email Agency Account Manager (training provided)

NO AGENCIES. This role will include intensive training in marketing principles and access to top courses for your education. Looking to hire someone to oversee our email assembly line. I need someone with a general eye for good design and knowledge of copywriting - you're not expected to do these but guide the team and give good feedback and example emails (share a few of your favorite brands for inspiration). I don't need you to be a wordsmith, I need common sense and an ability to get in the customers shoes - you'll be reading email copy for approval and determining whether it is confusing or if it communicates the offer - and most importantly paints the picture of success in the customer's mind while twisting their pain points enough that they not only click the email but make the sale. You need to be organized, you will receive bonuses for all emails and designs being produced on time on a weekly and monthly basis. You will receive a bonus for the retention of clients as well. It's vital that the person in this role can read and follow directions as well as have a critical eye towards making improvements in systems with self- initiative.
