Reels Creator / Editor (Short Form Video) for Golf

We run 3 successful golf media brands on Facebook and Instagram. We are looking for a highly creative, professional Short-Form Video Editor to take our Reels to the absolute next level. Text-on-screen is a core part of our strategy, but we are moving away from basic, amateur text overlays. We need a professional who can make text-on-screen incredibly engaging, premium, and original through professional typography styling, creative text animations, slick transitions, intentional pacing, and excellent music/audio curation. This is a remote, ongoing freelance role with a highly structured workflow. What you will do: 1. Access the Footage: Review raw golf footage uploaded weekly by our Editor into a shared Google Drive. 2. Review the Inspiration: We will provide a curated spreadsheet of ~30 trending/inspiration reels provided by our Editor each week. 3. Execute the Vision: Extract the text and "essence" from the inspiration reel we sent you, select the best raw golf footage, match it with trending/appropriate music, and elevate the concept with high-retention text effects, transitions, and pacing. Eventually we want to start making fully AI-generated Reels. You should be comfortable with, or eager to learn, AI video tools to help scale production down the line.
