Summary

We are looking for an experienced ecom customer support VA to join our team and begin as soon as possible. You must have experience: - Handling customer inquiries, complaints and issues - Coordinating with our team to handle customer inquiries as required (tracking updates, product inquiries etc.) - Experience writing good English emails - Experience with submitting information for chargebacks Looking to start initially 10 hours then moving into full-time soon.
