GoHighLevel Expert for CRM and Stripe Integration

About the project I run an online fitness coaching business (EMP Coaching). All payments are processed through Stripe, and leads come in through a DM funnel (Instagram / ManyChat) that leads into sales calls. Right now my data is scattered: payments live in Stripe, leads and conversations live elsewhere, and my GoHighLevel account is not pulling it all together. I want GoHighLevel set up properly as the single source of truth so I can open one dashboard and see my finances, my active clients, and my leads, all live and accurate. I am looking for someone who knows GHL deeply and is comfortable with API / webhook integration, not just funnel building. What I need built 1. Stripe to GoHighLevel sync (the core of this job) My payments run through Stripe outside of GHL. I need successful payments to automatically flow into the matching GHL contact record, including amount, date, status, and subscription / payment-plan state. This needs to work going forward on an ongoing, live basis. If you have done external-Stripe-to-GHL webhook syncs before, this is exactly the skill I am hiring for. 2. Financials I want visible in GHL Total value of each client and what they have actually paid so far Outstanding balances for clients on payment plans Revenue tracking broken down by my offer tiers (Emerald, Gold, Silver) One-time payments, recurring subscriptions, and payment plans all handled correctly Currency is AUD Failed payment / declined card visibility so nothing slips through 3. Active client base Clean contact records showing tier, start date, program length and end date, and payment status Clear separation between active clients, completed clients, and churned clients Tagging so I can build automations later (for example onboarding sequences and renewal reminders) 4. Leads and sales pipeline Lead capture flowing into GHL with source attribution (so I can see where leads come from) A sales pipeline with stages that match my real process: new lead, qualified, call booked, call completed, closed won / closed lost Set up so I can see how many leads I am getting and how they move through the pipeline 5. Dashboard A clear, simple dashboard showing leads, opportunities, sales, and revenue by source at a glance The point is fast, honest tracking, not a cluttered screen full of numbers I never use Scope notes (please read) "Live and connected" means going forward. I understand new payments and leads sync automatically once the integration is in place. Historical Stripe data does not backfill on its own. If you can also do a one-time import of my past transactions and clients, please say so and quote it separately so I can decide. The integration and the system design need to be done together. A connected dashboard built on messy pipeline stages and bad tagging gives me meaningless numbers, so I want both done right. Briefly describe how you did it (or show an example). How would you handle payment plans and subscriptions so balances and statuses stay accurate? Roughly how long will the full build take, and what is your fixed price for the scope above (excluding the optional historical import)? I would like to start with a small paid milestone: get the Stripe-to-contact sync working on a couple of test payments first. Once that is proven, we move on to the full build.
