## Role 1: Creative Video Editor for Fitness Brand **Part-Time | Remote | Ongoing Role** We are looking for a creative video editor to help turn raw fitness/gym footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role is ideal for someone who understands fast-paced fitness content, strong visual storytelling, clean captions, and edits that keep viewers watching. ### What You’ll Help With * Editing short-form fitness videos for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts * Adding captions, B-roll, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects * Creating strong hooks and pacing to improve retention * Repurposing raw footage into multiple social media clips * Creating simple thumbnail/cover images for posts * Suggesting platform-safe trends, audio ideas, and editing styles * Using AI tools when helpful to improve workflow and quality ### Tools That May Be Used * CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects * Canva or Photoshop * AI editing tools such as Descript or similar platforms ### What We’re Looking For * Experience editing short-form social media videos * A good eye for fitness content, pacing, and visual storytelling * Reliable communication and ability to meet weekly deadlines * Someone who can take direction but also bring creative ideas ### How to Apply Please start your application with the word **EDITOR**.
