TikTok Shop Expert Needed for FBT, Growth Audit, and Optimization Roadmap

We are looking for a highly experienced TikTok Shop expert to help us evaluate and improve our current TikTok Shop setup. Our company already has an active TikTok Shop account, and we are currently using Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT). We are looking for someone who deeply understands TikTok Shop operations, FBT, product setup, catalog optimization, affiliate/creator programs, paid promotion opportunities, compliance, and overall growth strategy. This is not a beginner-level project. We need someone who has hands-on experience managing or scaling TikTok Shop accounts, preferably for consumer products, health/wellness, beauty, supplements, or similar categories. What we need help with: TikTok Shop Account Audit Review our current TikTok Shop setup, product listings, catalog structure, FBT setup, shipping/fulfillment flow, policies, and account health. FBT Review Evaluate how we are using Fulfillment by TikTok and identify any missed opportunities, risks, or operational improvements. Product & Listing Optimization Review product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, bundles, offers, and conversion opportunities. Growth Strategy Help us understand how to grow TikTok Shop sales through creators, affiliates, paid promotions, livestream, product seeding, and TikTok-native content. Affiliate / Creator Program Guidance Recommend how we should structure commissions, outreach, product samples, creator selection, and performance tracking. Actionable Roadmap Provide a clear 30/60/90-day action plan with priorities, estimated impact, and implementation steps.
