Junior Solicitor / Legal Correspondence Associate (UK). You must have at least three years qualified legal practice. Lumify Energy supports landowners involved in renewable energy projects across the UK. Our mission is to ensure landowners are treated fairly, understand their contractual position, and are not left at a disadvantage when dealing with developers and operators. Requirements * Legal training with practical legal experience. * Ability to read and interpret contracts and leases confidently. * Excellent drafting skills and clear written communication in plain UK business English. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Commercial awareness and sound judgement. * Comfortable managing multiple live matters and prioritising effectively. * Professional, calm, and persistent when dealing with challenging or unresponsive counterparties. * Able to communicate legal risk, options, and next steps clearly to non-lawyers. Ideal Background We would particularly like to hear from: * Junior solicitors with experience in commercial contracts, property, disputes, or litigation support. * Former associates seeking flexible consulting work. * In-house legal professionals looking for part-time opportunities. * Legally qualified professionals returning from parental leave, career breaks, or sabbaticals. * Non-practising solicitors with strong drafting and correspondence experience. Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: * Property law * Commercial contracts * Landlord and tenant matters * Dispute resolution * Infrastructure projects * Renewable energy or utilities Important Notes This role is focused on correspondence, contract interpretation, matter progression, and legal support. It is **not** intended to involve independently conducting litigation or providing reserved legal services. A brief summary of your legal background. Including details of qualifications, et cetera. 2. Relevant experience with contracts, property, disputes, or correspondence-heavy legal work. 3.
