Expert Google Ads Strategist Wanted — Long-Term Role with Growing Team

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Strategist to join our team as our go-to paid search expert. This isn’t a one-off project — we want someone who can think strategically, own campaigns end-to-end, and grow with us over time. What you’ll do: • Develop and execute Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns to hit defined ROAS / CPA targets • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis • Write and test ad copy, landing page recommendations, and bidding strategies • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and provide clear weekly reporting • Collaborate with our team on broader marketing strategy — not just execute tasks What we’re looking for: • 5+ years managing Google Ads accounts with meaningful budgets • Google Ads certification • Proven track record of improving ROAS / lowering CPA • Strong analytical skills and comfort with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar • Excellent written communication • A strategist mindset: you ask “why” before you ask “what to do”.
