Social Media Content Assistant – The Atomic Heart Lounge (Austin, TX) We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations Assistant to help manage social media for our nightclub. This is not a strategy role. We already have our branding, captions, and marketing plan. Your job is to organize, edit, schedule, and maintain our content. Responsibilities Organize photos and videos in Google Drive Select the best images from event nights Edit photos (light touch only) Create short Instagram Reels from provided footage Upload and schedule content in Later Use our provided captions and hashtag libraries Keep our Google Drive organized Maintain our content calendar Follow our brand guidelines consistently Skills Experience with Instagram Experience using Later (or willingness to learn quickly) Basic Canva skills Basic CapCut or similar video editing Strong organization Good written English Attention to detail Nice to Have Nightlife, hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment marketing experience Familiarity with Google Drive workflows Weekly Workflow Every Monday: Review new photos and videos from the weekend Prepare content for the next 2–4 weeks Schedule posts Organize and archive assets Trial Project (Paid) We'll provide: 20 photos 5 short videos Captions Branding Your task: Edit the photos Create one Reel Schedule one week's worth of content (or provide a mock calendar if Later access isn't available) If it's a good fit, this can become a long-term role.
