AI Workflow Setup with Claude + n8n Summary We're looking for someone to help us test an idea we've been discussing internally at BrightPath Home Services. This is a small proof-of-concept project, not a large build. Every day, inquiries come into our business through email, forms, and customer messages. Most of them require someone to read through the information, decide what action needs to be taken, and then route it to the right person. It's not difficult work, but it is repetitive and easy for things to get missed when we're busy. We'd like to see if Claude can act as a first layer of review before a human gets involved. What We'd Like to Test A piece of information comes in. n8n sends it to Claude. Claude identifies: - Tasks that need action - Follow ups - Deadlines or appointments mentioned - Questions that need answers - Important details that should not be overlooked The result should be returned in a simple structured format that a team member can review quickly. What We Need - Basic n8n workflow - Claude API integration - Prompt design and testing - Structured output format - Brief documentation on how it works Important We're not looking for a chatbot. We're not looking for a dashboard. We're not looking for a full AI agent. The goal is simply to answer one question: Can Claude reliably identify what matters from incoming information without important items slipping through the cracks? If the results are promising, there will likely be additional phases afterward.
