Link Building Specialist for SEO Agency (Manual Outreach, Ongoing)

Summary

Description We're an SEO agency running link campaigns for B2B and local clients. We need an experienced link builder for ongoing work. We care about quality over volume and we vet every placement before it goes live, so you need to vet before you send. This is not a bulk-links role. If your model is "100 backlinks for $X" or PBN networks, we're not a fit. That includes disguised PBNs: sites dressed up with distributed hosting and original-looking content to pass a quick check. We look at ranking patterns and real traffic behavior, not whether the hosting looks clean, so those placements don't get past us. What you'll do: Source and qualify link opportunities for client campaigns Manual outreach for editorial placements, niche edits, and guest posts Provide vetting data per opportunity (DR, organic traffic, topical relevance, spam signals) Recommend the placements you'd run with a one-line rationale, not raw lists for us to sort Track placements and report status You should have: 1+ years building links for agencies or in-house Fluent with Ahrefs and/or SEMrush A clear, defensible method for judging topical relevance and link quality The ability to spot PBNs and toxic sites, including ones disguised to look legitimate Strong written English for outreach Real, live placements you can show us Start your proposal with the word banana In your proposal, include your per-link rate by tier and whether that rate is placement-only or includes content.
