Video editor needed for Music Documentary (Reels and Longform doc)

My team is working on an music documentary series about the a popular JRPG soundtrack from 1997. Can you guess which one? Our ideal partner is a musician and video editor who can strike a balance between educational and entertaining. We will provide all of the video content, audio and creative direction. But you'll be asked to give it the extra polish that it needs to draw in the audience. How we'll work on this: - We'll collaborate in Notion. I will set up the project management systems and explain them to you. - You'll be given a zip file with nested folders, each capturing an idea from the documentary arranged in a 30-90 vertical reel. - The raw footage used to create those reels will be included in the same folder. You'll be asked to recreate the vertical reels first, with better fonts, transitions, and animations. I'll ask you to make sure the audio levels are balanced and mixed for both both mobile and headphones. We have about 22 reels finished already and are creating roughly 3-5 per week. Approved partners will be asked to sign an NDA and a noncompete agreement. Looking forward to finding the right person for this!
