Senior UI/UX Designer

Coding Partners is a software development agency that helps technology companies build and launch digital products faster. We create scalable solutions for industries including B2B commerce, financial services, QA traceability, and home energy management. We are looking for a Senior Web & Mobile Designer with strong UX capabilities to join us for an initial paid test project, with the potential for ongoing collaboration. What You’ll Do Design modern, polished interfaces for responsive websites, web applications, and mobile applications. Turn briefs, requirements, and existing user flows into clear and visually engaging designs. Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, responsive layouts, and clickable prototypes. Design intuitive navigation, forms, dashboards, onboarding flows, and other common web and mobile experiences. Apply strong UX principles to improve usability, clarity, and accessibility. Create reusable components and maintain consistency across screens. Prepare organized Figma files and clear specifications for developers. Work closely with frontend and mobile developers during implementation. Review completed interfaces and provide feedback to ensure accurate design execution. Adapt designs for desktop, tablet, iOS, and Android. What We’re Looking For Senior web and mobile design experience Proven experience designing professional websites, web platforms, SaaS interfaces, and mobile applications. Strong visual design skills Excellent understanding of typography, color, spacing, layout, hierarchy, iconography, and visual consistency. Strong UX capabilities Ability to create clear, intuitive interfaces and improve user journeys without overcomplicating the design process. Advanced Figma skills Strong experience with: Auto Layout Components and variants Variables and styles Responsive layouts Interactive prototypes Design libraries Developer handoff Responsive web design Strong understanding of how interfaces should behave across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes. Mobile design experience Familiarity with iOS and Android design patterns, navigation, gestures, safe areas, and mobile accessibility. Design systems Experience creating and working with reusable components, UI libraries, and design systems. Developer collaboration Ability to create practical designs that developers can implement accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail A strong eye for consistency, alignment, spacing, states, edge cases, and overall design quality. Clear communication Able to explain design choices, respond constructively to feedback, and work effectively with developers and stakeholders. Strong Bonuses Experience designing B2B SaaS platforms or complex dashboards. Experience designing React or React Native applications. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend development limitations. Experience with accessibility and WCAG standards. Motion design or micro-interaction experience. Branding, illustration, or icon-design capabilities. Experience using AI-assisted design tools. Experience preparing designs that have been successfully released to production. The Paid Test Project The collaboration will begin with a small, paid design assignment based on the type of client work we regularly deliver. The test project may include: Reviewing an existing brief or interface. Improving the visual design and usability of selected screens. Designing responsive web and mobile layouts. Creating several high-fidelity screens in Figma. Building a simple clickable prototype. Preparing reusable components and developer-ready specifications. Presenting the completed design and explaining key decisions. The project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment will be agreed upon in advance. We do not expect unpaid speculative work.
