About the Project We are launching an innovative startup in Albania focused on the design, production, and commercialization of modern, sustainable, and cost-effective Tiny/Mobile Homes. As part of our initial product development phase, we are seeking an experienced designer, architect, or Tiny/Mobile Home specialist to create the first two flagship Tiny/Mobile Home prototypes that will form the foundation of our product portfolio. Scope of Work The selected professional will be responsible for designing two complete Tiny/Mobile Home concepts and providing all necessary technical documentation for future production and commercialization. Key Responsibilities Develop two unique Tiny/Mobile Home designs with modern aesthetics and practical functionality. Propose optimal dimensions, layouts, and design concepts based on industry best practices and market demand. Prepare complete architectural and technical documentation for the Tiny/Mobile Homes. Produce floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings. Develop detailed material specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM). Recommend durable, sustainable, and cost-effective materials suitable for Tiny/Mobile Home construction. Design the Tiny/Mobile Homes with scalability, transportation, and efficient manufacturing in mind. Consider modular and prefabricated construction techniques where appropriate. Provide recommendations for future Tiny/Mobile Home product development and portfolio expansion. Desired Deliverables Two complete Tiny/Mobile Home concepts. Architectural drawings and layouts. Structural and technical specifications. Material and component lists. Construction and assembly guidelines. Recommendations for utilities integration, insulation, energy efficiency, and mobility requirements. Cost optimization recommendations for production and assembly. Additional Opportunity As the company grows, there may be an opportunity for continued collaboration involving: Training local employees and technicians on the assembly of Tiny/Mobile Homes. Developing assembly procedures and operational manuals. Advising on production processes and quality control standards. Supporting the establishment of a scalable Tiny/Mobile Home manufacturing operation. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in Tiny/Mobile Home design, modular housing, prefabricated housing, or architectural design. Strong understanding of cost-effective construction methods and materials. Ability to create production-ready technical documentation. Experience with sustainable and efficient Tiny/Mobile Home solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a startup team.
