GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert — AI, Workflows & Automations | Ongoing Support

We're a fast-growing automation agency looking for a GoHighLevel expert to become our go-to person for everything GHL. This is not a one-off project — we need a reliable, long-term partner who knows the platform inside out and can be available 7 days a week. What you'll be doing: • Build and optimise Conversational AI and Voice AI features (chatbots, AI-powered call handling, lead qualification) • Design and maintain workflows and automations across our sales pipeline, onboarding, and client communication • Set up and manage campaigns, triggers, and follow-up sequences • Integrate GHL with our existing tools and third-party platforms • Troubleshoot issues quickly — we need someone who responds fast, not in 24 hours • Join calls when needed to discuss strategy, review setups, or debug live What we're looking for: • Deep, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (not just basic setup — we need someone who has built complex workflows and AI integrations) • Strong knowledge of GHL's AI features: Conversation AI, Voice AI, bot configuration, prompt engineering within GHL • Experience with automation logic: triggers, conditions, custom values, webhooks, API integrations • Available 7 days a week for support (we understand response times vary on weekends, but we need someone reachable) • Comfortable jumping on quick calls when something needs discussing • Proactive — you spot what's broken or what could work better before we ask • Clear communicator who can explain technical setups in plain language Bonus: • Experience working with service-based businesses (agencies, professional services) • Familiarity with Stripe, N8N, Twilio, or Make/Zapier integrations within GHL • Knowledge of GHL's API for custom development
