Shopify VA for Inventory Management, Product Uploads & Collections

We're looking for a detail-oriented Shopify VA to support our growing ecommerce store on an ongoing basis. This is a recurring role for someone who can work independently once given clear instructions and takes pride in getting the small details right. What you'll be doing: Uploading new products to Shopify, including multiple variations (size, colour, style etc.) Managing and updating inventory levels accurately across products Creating and organising collections to keep the store structured and easy to navigate Making small tweaks and updates to the website (text changes, image swaps, minor layout adjustments) Flagging any issues or inconsistencies you spot in the store What we're looking for: Proven experience working in Shopify admin — not just using a Shopify store as a customer Comfortable with product variants, bulk uploads and CSV imports Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed here Able to follow instructions closely while also using initiative when something looks off Good communication — happy to ask questions rather than guess Bonus: experience with Shopify themes or basic HTML/CSS for website tweaks Details: This is an ongoing, recurring role — not a one-off project Hours will vary week to week depending on workload We'll provide clear briefs, screen recordings or Loom videos for tasks where needed Please share examples of Shopify stores you've worked on in your application To apply, please include: A short note on your experience with Shopify product uploads and variants Links or screenshots of stores you've managed Your availability per week
