Dealership Engineer

We're a high-volume automotive dealership looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to become a long-term technology partner. This is not a simple website project. We need someone who can build, integrate, automate, and optimize multiple systems across our dealership operations. What You'll Be Working On CRM integrations and automation Lead capture and sales funnels API integrations between dealership software platforms Internal dashboards and reporting tools Customer communication workflows (SMS, email, follow-up) Inventory management integrations AI-powered tools and automation Website improvements and conversion optimization Process automation to eliminate manual work Custom web applications and internal tools Skills Required JavaScript / TypeScript React / Next.js Node.js API Development & Integration SQL / Database Management Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, etc.) Automation Platforms Experience building scalable web applications Ideal Candidate Has experience working with automotive dealerships, CRMs, or lead generation systems Can take ownership of projects from concept to deployment Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain English Comfortable working independently and proposing solutions Understands business operations, not just coding Engagement We're looking for a long-term relationship with the right engineer. There will be ongoing projects involving integrations, automation, lead generation systems, internal software, AI implementation, and operational efficiency improvements.
