Project Scope: Review raw multi-cam podcast footage to identify the most compelling, high-energy moments. Edit and deliver a bulk batch of short-form vertical clips (under 60 seconds). Create dynamic, highly readable captions that match our studio's visual branding. Utilize side-by-side or split-screen formatting for episodes featuring remote guests. Apply basic color grading and audio mixing to ensure a premium, professional final product. Requirements: Proven track record of editing high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Strong understanding of pacing, hook creation, and audience retention strategies. Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred). Ability to work efficiently, follow exact formatting guidelines, and deliver polished files via Google Drive.
