Salesforce to GoHighLevel Migration & Architecture Consultation

Overview We are currently evaluating whether a complex Salesforce CRM implementation can realistically be migrated into GoHighLevel (GHL). We have already completed significant discovery, requirements gathering, and an initial GHL build. During implementation, we uncovered several concerns around data structure, reporting, permissions, invoicing, hierarchy, automation, and scalability. Before moving forward, we are looking for an experienced consultant who has deep expertise in BOTH Salesforce and GoHighLevel to review our findings and provide an honest assessment. The first phase is a paid consultation call to review the architecture and determine whether the project is technically viable in GHL, requires external systems, or should remain on Salesforce. What We Need Help With We have documented concerns around: Salesforce hierarchy vs GHL data structure Institution-level reporting Publisher / Subscriber / Advertiser relationships Opportunity management Invoice-to-payment tracking Renewal automation Permissions and access controls Dashboard and reporting requirements Historical Salesforce data migration Scalability of the solution over time We have prepared a detailed capability assessment outlining where GHL appears to support requirements, where workarounds are needed, and where there may be hard platform limitations. Phase 1 Deliverable We want to schedule a consultation call where you will: Review our documentation before the meeting Walk through the architecture with us Challenge our assumptions where appropriate Identify any gaps in our analysis Confirm whether the requirements can realistically be achieved in GHL Recommend alternative architectures if necessary Provide guidance on whether continuing the migration makes sense Ideal Candidate Expert-level Salesforce experience Expert-level GoHighLevel experience Experience migrating organizations from Salesforce to GoHighLevel Strong understanding of CRM architecture and relational data modeling Experience with reporting, permissions, automations, and custom workflows Ability to provide honest technical feedback rather than simply implementing requested features To Apply Please answer the following: How many Salesforce → GoHighLevel migrations have you completed?
