Full-Stack Developer for AI-Powered Leadership Coaching Platform

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team in building and maintaining Hai-Sensei, an AI-powered leadership coaching platform. This platform automatically joins meetings, analyzes leadership interactions, and generates high-impact coaching insights. You will be part of a mission-critical project that combines cutting-edge AI with secure, scalable software architecture. Project Overview:  Hai-Sensei transforms leadership development by providing leaders with honest, data-driven insights. The platform delivers coaching reports four times more frequently than traditional methods and at a fraction of the cost. Our team rebuilt the platform from scratch, achieving production-ready deployment in 45 days and passing a full security audit with zero vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack web applications for the Hai-Sensei platform. Integrate AI-powered meeting analysis and leadership insight generation. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement natural language processing and interaction analytics. Ensure security best practices are followed across all layers of the stack. Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to the deployment pipeline and continuous integration setup. Required Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. Experience with Python for AI/ML integration (NLP, data analytics). Knowledge of AI/ML pipelines and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs). Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices. Solid understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization best practices.Experience with real-time analytics, streaming data, and event-driven architectures is a plus. Nice-to-Have: Experience with leadership development or coaching software. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.Experience building SaaS platforms with scalable multi-tenant architecture.
