Customer Support Agent EU Supplement Brand

Customer Support Agent, Health & Wellness, AI-Assisted (~20 hrs/week, long-term) We are a European direct-to-consumer health and wellness brand looking for a customer support agent to join our small team. You would be one of two frontline agents, working alongside a fellow agent and reporting to a support manager. The structure already exists. You slot into it. Please read this part first: if you do not have a real background in health and wellness, and if you have never handled customer communication for a European audience or in a language beyond English, this role is not a fit and we will not be able to consider your application. What you would do: Handle customer emails and chats with warmth and accuracy. Work closely with our AI support assistant: it drafts replies, you review, correct, and approve them. You catch what it gets wrong. Cover the usual ground: orders, shipping, returns, subscriptions, billing, and product questions. Answer health and wellness questions responsibly and know when something needs a medical professional instead. Must-haves: Customer communication experience for a European audience, ideally in at least one language besides English. Comfort working with AI tools every day. Around 20 hours a week with reliable overlap with Central European Time. Excellent written communication.
