Senior Devops

About the role Ragu is an AI consultancy and deployment platform building production AI systems for clients across hospitality, healthcare, and luxury sectors. We're bringing DevOps in-house to own the infrastructure backbone that our client deployments run on. You'll be the person who makes sure what we build ships reliably, stays up, and can be debugged fast. What you'll do Own deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and environment management across client projects (AWS-centric stack). Stand up and maintain CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring so the dev team can ship consistently without firefighting. Manage cloud cost and resourcing — track spend, decommission unused resources, and flag overspend before it becomes a problem. Hold critical platform knowledge so the business isn't dependent on any single external contractor. Support deployments for products like MyPA (OpenClaw, Telegram/Slack, Google Calendar integrations) and new client builds. Partner with engineering on reliability, security posture (SOC 2 / SonarCloud findings), and incident response. What we're looking for Strong hands-on DevOps/infrastructure experience: AWS, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, IaC. Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where process is still being built. Cost-conscious mindset — you treat the cloud bill as your responsibility. Able to self-direct and document, so platform knowledge lives in the team, not in your head. AI/ML deployment exposure is a plus but not required. Logistics Full-time, fully remote.
