Administrative Assistant for Project, Marketing and Communication Coordination

We are seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to support fast-paced consulting client work. This role includes coordinating project tasks independently, organizing document repositories in Google Workspace, Canva, ClickUp, etc, managing calendars and scheduling, drafting and managing emails and communications, preparing project status reports including time tracked, tasks completed, etc, maintaining documentation and contact lists, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate the completion of project work, support invoicing, and help manage digital communications including social media and email marketing. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize across multiple projects is critical.
