Sourcing Jobs: Search for jobs that strictly match this highly technical coding profile, the location/model criteria, and the minimum net income requirement. 2. Tailoring & Applying: Adjust my resume/cover letter keywords if necessary and submit applications on my behalf (via LinkedIn, Indeed, or company career portals). 3. Weekly Reporting (Mandatory): Every Sunday, you must provide a detailed spreadsheet report containing: - Name of the company and job link. - Target location & work model (Remote / In-Person). - Estimated gross/net compensation details. - Date of application and status. - A brief note on why this specific role fits my technical profile. Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills. - Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally with a background in tech/IT recruiting. - Basic understanding of international tech salaries and tax implications (to filter for the $6k net target). - Highly organized, reliable, and capable of delivering a clear Excel/Google Sheet report every week.
