**Description:** We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy & Technology Lawyer to help ensure our mobile app complies with privacy and technology regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Review app compliance requirements * Draft/review Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and DPAs * Advise on GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws * Review data collection, consent, and third-party vendor agreements * Identify legal and compliance risks **Requirements:** * Proven experience in privacy and technology law * Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, or startups * Strong drafting and communication skills Please share relevant experience, qualifications, availability, and hourly rate.
