Website Redesign Specialist Needed

We are seeking a skilled web designer to update our current website. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Responsibilities include updating the layout, improving navigation, and ensuring the site is mobile-friendly. Our main focus is to build a direct booking Property CRM workflow, not just a website. Hostaway should not collect payments for direct bookings. Direct booking payments should route through QuickBooks or Stripe only. PriceLabs will be the pricing engine for daily rates and monthly discount percentages. The website and CRM should reference PriceLabs pricing, apply the correct monthly discount, and route guests into the correct billing path. WordPress should be used as the direct booking website foundation with structured inquiry forms, property pages, corporate housing pages, insurance housing pages, extended-stay pages, and CRM workflow tracking for leads, quotes, invoices, payments, and booking status. Hostaway may remain temporarily for OTA calendar support, cleaning assignments, and availability protection, but the long-term goal is to replace Hostaway if we can safely handle OTA bookings, calendar syncing, and cleaning tasks elsewhere.termediate level of proficiency and is expected to be completed in less than a month.
