Build my prospect list (using AI, not manually)

I am looking to build a prospect list of resorts, retreats, hotels, motels, bed & breaksfasts, and other such accommodations across the UK. I want someone who has proven experience using the following 2-step approach: Step 1: get the general business info from directory listings (business name, website, city). Step 2: get the contact info from their specific websites (email address and owner name if possible). The final deliverable must be an Excel spreadsheet with a minimum of 10,000 relevant records. The required fields are: Business name, Business type, Website, City, Phone, Email address, Owner name (if possible). I only have a small budget for this task, but will give you 5/5 Upwork rating as well as an AWESOME Upwork review too.
