PCB Design for Multi-Encoder Evaluation Board

We are looking for an experienced electronics engineer / PCB layout designer to create a compact evaluation board designed to compare three different magnetic/optical rotational encoders on a single circular footprint. The project must be entirely built in EasyEDA (Standard or Pro) so that we can directly order and assemble it via JLCPCB. Key Requirements & Technical Specifications - Board Geometry: Ring/Circular shape with an Inner Diameter (ID) of 14.5 mm and an Outer Diameter (OD) of 30 mm. - Layer Count & Components: 2-layer or 4-layer PCB design using standard 0805 passives. Components must be selected from the JLCPCB stock library (SMT pre-order/in-stock preferred). - Connectors: Individual JST SH connectors for each encoder interface providing: GND, VCC (3.3V), SPI, AB signals, and any other auxiliary/important lines (e.g., Error/Status pins). - Mechanical: Integration of 2 mm mounting holes with multiple hole patterns to facilitate flexible physical mounting options. Encoders to Integrate & Exact Placements The core task is positioning the 3 distinct IC packages precisely relative to the axial center of the rotor layout: - Encoder 1: iC-Haus iC-MU128 (DFN16-5×5): - Encoder 2: iC-Haus iC-PZ2656 (QFN32-5×5) - Encoder 3: Melexis MLX90382 (TSSOP-16, MLX90382LGO-BAA-000) Deliverables: - Complete, fully routed EasyEDA project files (schematic and PCB layout). - Production-ready Gerber files (including drill files, pick-and-place coordinates). - A fully formatted BOM (Bill of Materials) matching JLC LCSC part numbers for smooth automated sourcing.
