Conversion Tracking Specialist Needed — Google Ads, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel & Calendly Job Type: Contract / Fixed-Price or HourlyDuration: Short-term/project based; potential for ongoing workStart: ASAP Overview We're an AI-first marketing agency running paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple SMB clients. We have three active conversion tracking issues that need to be diagnosed and resolved quickly by someone who knows what they're doing. This isn't a setup-from-scratch job — these accounts are live and clients are waiting on clean data. What You'll Be Fixing 1. Google Search Ads — Conversion Tracking (Web Form)A client's Google Ads conversion tracking isn't firing correctly. The issue is likely tied to the contact form on their website. You'll need to audit the existing GTM/GA4 setup, identify why the form submission isn't being captured as a conversion, and implement the fix. 2. Meta Pixel — GoHighLevel IntegrationA client running Meta ads through a GoHighLevel-hosted site has a pixel firing or attribution issue. You'll diagnose whether it's a GHL funnel configuration problem, pixel event misfiring, or a CAPI setup issue and fix it. 3. Calendly — Conversion TrackingA client needs Calendly booking events tracked as conversions in their ad platform. You'll set up or repair the event trigger so that completed bookings are captured accurately. You're the Right Fit If You... Have hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads conversion tracking Know Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) inside and out Have worked inside GoHighLevel funnels and understand how tracking integrates there Have set up Calendly event tracking as ad conversions before Can document what you did so our team and clients understands the fix Communicate clearly and work fast — these are live client accounts Nice to Have Experience working with or inside a marketing agency Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor (relevant to the web form issue) Ability to QA your own work using GTM preview, Meta Events Manager, and/or GA4 DebugView Deliverables All three tracking issues diagnosed and resolved Brief written summary of what was broken and what was done for each fix Confirmation of working conversion events via screenshot or screen recording To Apply Please include: Examples of similar tracking fixes you've completed (Google Ads, Meta, GHL, or Calendly specifically) Your availability and estimated turnaround time Any questions you have about the setups before starting
